The range of services includes building and engineering system maintenance, technical supervision of construction and installation, as well as infrastructure management services, minor furniture repair, handling, and other general services.

Building and engineering system management services include:

• Technical maintenance of engineering systems and utility lines, with permanent presence of maintenance personnel at the facility;
• Repair works (routine and emergency repair);
• Document maintenance;
• Waste recycling and disposal;
• Technical supervision and control of construction and installation.

Building infrastructure management services include:

• Monitoring of technical condition of the building;
• Monitoring discharge of warranty obligations by contractors;
• Handling and rigging services;
• General services.
